All orders for Products are subject to acceptance by SEAMSAX. All our landscaping tools are processed with regular standard post shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Products will be shipped on a first come first served basis. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during the shipping process. Before you submit your order please verify that all the information you entered is correct. If you make a mistake entering your email address, your order confirmation, which contains valuable purchase information such as your order number and receipt of payment, will be delivered to the incorrect email address. Please double check your information before you submit your order.

SHIPPING:

The shipping choices estimates and do not guarantee the date of delivery. In no event will SEAMSAX be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Your package will be processed using the selected shipping method, typically within 1-2 business day(s) of your order being been approved (depending on Product availability and the time of day your order is submitted). After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation, tracking number and carrier information. If your order contains several products, such products may be delivered on different days. We ask for your patience with tracking updates or potential delivery delays due to increased national shipping volume beyond our control. Actual time in transit depends on your location in Canada or the U.S.. Please check your tracking number for estimated delivery time to your location.

SEAMSAX WARRANTY:

This Limited Warranty applies to physical products purchased from SeamSax Turf Seaming System Inc. for the entire duration of the Warranty Period. The Warranty covers defects which manifest during normal use and which result from faulty seam welds, valves, material integrity and/or improper workmanship. The Warranty Period for the physical products purchased from SeamSax Turf Seaming System Inc. is 365 days from the date of purchase. During the Warranty Period, SeamSax Turf Seaming System Inc. will repair or replace the product or part that has proved to be defective under conditions of normal use. This Warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions which result from improper use and/or situations in which the product has not been designed to withstand. SEAMSAX REFUND POLICY:

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
 • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 • The item must be in the original packaging.
 • To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase and an explanation of the return if not already contacted by a SEAMSAX representative for further instructions on returning your product and receiving a refund. 
 • Purchaser is responsible for returning product(s) using their available shipping method.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@seamsax.com

Because of the quick turnaround times with which we ship orders, we cannot change orders after they have been submitted. If you wish to make changes to the delivery destination, you must contact the shipping vendor directly, once you receive a tracking number.

Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about SEAMSAX, our products and blog, the campaigns that we support and the activities we undertake. In addition, you may be able to purchase products and services through the Site. 
Product and Service Availability
THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. SEAMSAX cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the Site will be available when ordered or thereafter. The Site is for residents of Canada and the US at this time only. We in no way imply that the materials on our Site are appropriate or available for use outside Canada / US and we will not be able to fill your order if you require shipping outside of Canada or the US. The Site contains information about the availability of inventory of Canadian merchandise. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out or of diminished inventory by the time your order is processed.
Errors and Misprints
SEAMSAX endeavors to provide current and accurate information on the Site. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. SEAMSAX not warrant that the content of the Site including, without limitation, product descriptions, colors or photographs of products, is accurate or complete.
SEAMSAX reserves the right to do the following, without prior notice or liability to you or any other person: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission; (b) change the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Site; (c) change the prices, fees, charges of such products and services; (d) change any promotional offers; and (e) limit quantities available for sale or sold.
Prices
All prices and other amounts appearing on the Site are quoted in USD. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Order Acceptance
The advertisements on the Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Site and are not offers to sell. Your submission of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction with all SEAMSAX merchandise. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Payment
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered online. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those provinces and territories that charge such a tax and in which we operate. Currently, we sell across Canada and the US.
