Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Products will be shipped on a first come first served basis. The shipping choices estimates and do not guarantee the date of delivery. In no event will SEAMSAX be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Your package will be processed using the selected shipping method, typically within 1-2 business day(s) of your order being been approved (depending on Product availability and the time of day your order is submitted). After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a shipping confirmation, tracking number and carrier information. If your order contains several products, such products may be delivered on different days. This Limited Warranty applies to physical products purchased from SeamSax Turf Seaming System Inc. for the entire duration of the Warranty Period. The Warranty covers defects which manifest during normal use and which result from faulty seam welds, valves, material integrity and/or improper workmanship. The Warranty Period for the physical products purchased from SeamSax Turf Seaming System Inc. is 365 days from the date of purchase. During the Warranty Period, SeamSax Turf Seaming System Inc. will repair or replace the product or part that has proved to be defective under conditions of normal use. This Warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions which result from improper use and/or situations in which the product has not been designed to withstand. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase and an explanation of the return if not already contacted by a SEAMSAX representative for further instructions on returning your product and receiving a refund. Purchaser is responsible for returning product(s) using their available shipping method. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Because of the quick turnaround times with which we ship orders, we cannot change orders after they have been submitted. If you wish to make changes to the delivery destination, you must contact the shipping vendor directly, once you receive a tracking number.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
